What People Says

"At DWAR Foundation, we believe that true development is driven by opportunity, compassion, and consistent action. What began as a small initiative to bridge the gap between potential and access has grown into a community-led movement for empowerment. Every project we undertake — from skill development to education and employability — is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a fair chance to thrive. Our journey has been possible because of the unwavering support from volunteers, partners, and well-wishers who believe in our vision of inclusive growth. As the founder, I am proud to witness the transformative impact we’ve had — not just in communities, but in shaping a new narrative of hope and change."

Ajitesh Raj Founder

We are committed to building sustainable pathways for social and economic empowerment. Every day, we strive to create real, lasting impact by focusing on grassroots initiatives that uplift the underprivileged, nurture young minds, and enhance employability through skill development. As CEO, I have witnessed how collective action and a purpose-driven team can transform lives. Our programs — like Empower360, Saarthi, and our school partnerships — are not just interventions; they are stories of resilience, progress, and possibility. We are proud to stand at the forefront of community change, and our journey is just beginning.

Abhishek Shrivastav CEO

We started with a simple yet powerful mission — to create equal opportunities for those who are often overlooked. Today, that mission lives on through every workshop we conduct, every child we empower, and every community we support. Our work is deeply rooted in empathy, collaboration, and innovation. From launching skill-building programs to forging partnerships with schools and organizations, we’ve seen how grassroots action can spark real, sustainable change. As we grow, our commitment to equity, dignity, and social impact only grows stronger.

Rahul Jhawar Co-Founder

Leading the Patna Chapter of DWAR Foundation has been an inspiring and transformative experience. Every day, we work at the grassroots to ensure that our initiatives reach those who need them the most — from school children in underserved areas to youth seeking guidance and skill training. What sets DWAR Foundation apart is its deep connection with the community and its commitment to sustainable, on-ground impact. In Patna, we’ve witnessed lives being changed through consistent effort, collaborative action, and the unwavering belief that development must include everyone. It’s more than just volunteering — it’s a movement of purpose and hope.

Anushree President, Patna Chapter

People are at the heart of everything we do. As the National HR Head, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse and passionate team of changemakers who bring energy, empathy, and purpose to every project. Our focus has always been to create a nurturing ecosystem — not just for the communities we serve, but also for the volunteers, interns, and professionals who join our mission. We believe in empowering individuals with meaningful roles, continuous learning, and a sense of belonging. DWAR is not just an organisation — it’s a growing family committed to driving social change across India.

Karuna Bharti Head- National HR Team

DWAR Foundation was born out of a shared dream — a dream to build an ecosystem where every individual, regardless of their background, gets a fair chance to learn, grow, and thrive. As a co-founder, it’s been truly humbling to witness how this vision has transformed into a movement powered by volunteers, educators, and changemakers across the country. Our work is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that real change begins at the grassroots. From launching school-based programs to skill development workshops, every initiative is a step toward creating an inclusive and empowered society. This journey is not just about impact — it’s about building a legacy of hope and action.

Care for Deprived Children

Our Volunteer "Amrita" is providing a Helping Hand to Children with Madhubani Painting

  • Preserves tradition: Madhubani is an ancient art form from Bihar, and teaching it helps keep the tradition alive.

  • Earn while you learn: Participants can earn by creating products (paintings, sarees, bookmarks, home decor) for sale locally or online.

  • Requires minimal investment in materials (handmade paper, natural colors, brushes).

  • Can be taught in low-resource settings — perfect for rural and semi-urban communities.

  • Trainees can build their own micro-businesses by selling their artwork.

  • Promotes self-reliance and reduces dependency on local employment constraints.

Suitable for all age groups — especially women, youth, and school students.
